My name is Melanie,

I love to help people reconnect with their bodies, their dreams, and their deep inner resources. My work blends hands-on bodywork, somatic awareness, and the transformative power of lucid dreaming to support self-healing, resilience, and integration.

After training in holistic massage therapy in Italy and becoming a Reiki practitioner, I opened my own studio in Munich, combining traditional massage with energy work. Over the years, I’ve also deepened my study of dreamwork, breath, and meditation — tools that helped me personally recover from trauma, illness, and burnout. I have completed the Lucid Dreaming Facilitator Training with Charlie Morley in 2025.

Whether through a calming massage, a coaching session, or conscious dream exploration, I hold space for your journey — always with the intent to awaken what’s already within and anchor it into daily life.
